Hey there! By using Bayawifi, you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve kept them simple so you know exactly what’s up when you sign up for our internet service. Here’s how it all works:
- Our Service Basics
We provide fast, affordable Wi-Fi to folks in Geluksdal – no contracts, no sign-up fees, and no cancellation fees. It’s month-to-month, so you’re free to stick around or bounce whenever. We supply free-to-use equipment (like a Litebeam, PoE, and router) to one installation point at your place while you’re an active client. If you cancel, we’ll come pick it up – easy as that. - Insurance Option
For just R25 a month, you can grab our in-house insurance. It covers lightning and surge damage, and if something fries, we’ll replace the gear (Litebeam, PoE, router, or Cat5e cable) for free. Without insurance (or your own household coverage), you’re on the hook for replacements: R1400 for a Litebeam, R250 for a PoE, R600 for a router, and R20 per meter of Cat5e cable. We don’t cover negligence (like if you drop it in a puddle!), so keep that in mind. - Billing & Payments
Invoices go out on the 20th of each month, and payment’s due by the 7th of the next month. If you miss it, we’ll suspend service on the 7th – no hard feelings, just how it goes. To reconnect, there’s a R50 fee. Stay active, though – if you’re inactive for 2 months in a row without chatting to us, we’ll treat it as an automatic cancellation and grab our gear. - Your Responsibilities
You’re in charge of keeping the equipment safe and using it right. We’re not liable for stuff outside our control (like power cuts or storms) unless you’ve got that R25 insurance. If you cancel or get auto-cancelled, let us know so we can swing by and collect our stuff. - Changes to These Terms
We might tweak these terms now and then. If we do, we’ll let you know via email or on our site. Keep using our service, and it means you’re cool with the updates. - Contact Us
